Searching for motivation

Why does it always seem like I tell myself "I'll start tomorrow"?! Probably because I do! I'll start waking up for the gym before work tomorrow, I'll go to the grocery store tomorrow, I'll get stuff posted for the classes tomorrow, I'll figure out my life tomorrow...why do I always put things off? Why can't I just start today?

It is time to get motivated! What should I be motivated for? Well, I'm in Lauren's wedding in August, I want to go to Hawaii to see Ashley before she moves so I need to be able to (a) get in a bathing suit and (b) feel halfway decent in it, I will probably be moving somewhere new so I would like to look my best to start my "new life", I'm 26 years old and single with no prospects, I can't fit into my jeans, and I was 15 pounds lighter this time two years ago. There's a start.

Sooo, what's the plan? If I put it in writing maybe it will be easier so here goes:
  • Gym 5 days a week - at least 30 minutes of cardio and abs each time
  • No more than 1 soda every other day
  • Eat healthy....more veggies, more cardio
  • Tan at least twice a week
  • Get all class assignments posted for students by March 15th

I've got lots of other things that I need to do and think about, but at least some firm goals can start this motivation process!
