It is time to get motivated! What should I be motivated for? Well, I'm in Lauren's wedding in August, I want to go to Hawaii to see Ashley before she moves so I need to be able to (a) get in a bathing suit and (b) feel halfway decent in it, I will probably be moving somewhere new so I would like to look my best to start my "new life", I'm 26 years old and single with no prospects, I can't fit into my jeans, and I was 15 pounds lighter this time two years ago. There's a start.
Sooo, what's the plan? If I put it in writing maybe it will be easier so here goes:
- Gym 5 days a week - at least 30 minutes of cardio and abs each time
- No more than 1 soda every other day
- Eat healthy....more veggies, more cardio
- Tan at least twice a week
- Get all class assignments posted for students by March 15th
I've got lots of other things that I need to do and think about, but at least some firm goals can start this motivation process!
